Hi, I am Buu! I trust that individuals work hard to find solutions for challenges in their lives, but I know navigating these challenges can be hard and sometimes lonely. So, I want to walk with you and collaboratively find personalized and unique ways to cope with your situations.

I am a counselling student finishing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. With six years of experience emotionally supporting individuals from various fields, and including my time at the crisis hotline, I am comfortable working with a variety of concerns, such as relationship issues, addictions, ADHD, traumas, cultural identity, life transitions, grief, body image, anxiety, and depression. I can also speak Vietnamese fluently and can conduct sessions in Vietnamese. I know life can be busy, so I offer online or in-person appointments during the daytime and evenings.
