We have experience in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy, among others to help individuals, couples, families and groups.
We start by understanding you as an individual and assessing your personal needs. Then we work with you – using the appropriate tools and strategies – to create dramatic, positive changes in your relationships, your family, and your life.
Our focus is always on you. Whether you’re new to counselling or you’ve had therapy before, we are committed to creating a warm and professional environment that will help you comfortably identify and apply solutions that promote positive changes in your life.
